Responsibilities :

- Produce listing proposals, market reports and other client-oriented information, coordinate sales information
- Create a template for Writing offers, clauses and sample proposals
- Generating purchases/sales activity reports on a weekly basis for active listings
- Maintain accurate and up to date files on customers/suppliers, correspondence, proposals, listings
- Drafting/sending basic correspondence
- Word processing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing and e-mailing as required
- Ensure distribution of all executed documents to appropriate management departments
- Ensure conformity with any current management approval (requests for newspaper ads, sign requests, etc.)


Skills :
Familiarity with project management principles.
Working knowledge of MS Windows environment and MS Office software.
Must be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, taking initiative, and working independently, fluent in English.
Degree in life science or degree liberal arts, marketing or communications with a strong appreciation for medical science writing and interest in pharmaceutical marketing.
You will help lead in the development all forms of media (peer-reviewed journal articles, abstracts, monographs, study reports, slide kits, content for symposia/focus groups/advisory board meetings etc.) for pharmaceutical companies.
Your expertise is sought to manage project content, mentor Medical Writers, assist in new business development, keep the team abreast of all current competitive intelligence, develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, lead the team in identifying pertinent research related to your client's product & help identify potential new business opportunities.
Act as a scientific/medical resource to internal teams and clients and interact with physician thought leaders. Develop and review journal articles, slide kits, monographs, web based initiatives, etc. Learn assigned therapeutic area's to become reliable resource for accurate scientific information.

Job Requisites :

5 years experience in a renowned hospital.

Experience in CT MRI.

Must be able to perform all radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to perform all general diagnostic radiography procedures and tasks, with minimal supervision.

American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Endocrinology.

At least 7 years experience in a reputed hospital.

Should have publications in international medical journals.
